El trabajo de titulación consiste en determinar la viabilidad económica y financiera para su ejecución. Para lograr este objetivo se realiza un análisis político, económico, tecnológico y social de la situación actual del país. Además, se lleva a cabo el análisis y proyección de la oferta y demanda a fin de estimar la demanda insatisfecha y la participación del proyecto en la misma. También se procede a realizar el diseño técnico del proyecto, determinando su ubicación óptima, diseño de los procesos de producción e identificando los recursos necesarios (material, humano y tecnológico). Concluido el diseño del estudio técnico se propone la estructura legal y organizacional así, como su direccionamiento estratégico. Finalmente se elabora el estudio económico-financiero donde se determina la viabilidad a través de la aplicación y cálculo de la Tasa Interna de Rendimiento (TIR), Valor Actual Neto (VAN), Periodo de Recuperación de la Inversión (PRI) e Índice de Rentabilidad (IR).
The titling work consists of determining the economic and financial viability for its execution. To achieve this objective, a political, economic, technological and social analysis of the current situation of the country is carried out. In addition, the analysis and projection of supply and demand is carried out in order to estimate the unmet demand and the participation of the project in it. The technical design of the project is also carried out, determining its optimal location, design of the production processes and identifying the necessary resources (material, human and technological). Once the design of the technical study is completed, the legal and organizational structure is proposed, as well as its strategic direction. Finally, the economic and financial study is carried out, where feasibility is determined through the application and calculation of the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Investment Recovery Period (IRP) and Profitability Index. (GO).
