Trabajo de grado académico sobre Psicología Clínica, Salud mental del Trabajador, específicamente estrés laboral. El objetivo fundamental es establecer la tasade prevalencia del síndrome de desgaste laboral (Burnout) Se ha identificadola presencia de Burnouty ensu mayoría corresponde al personal de enfermería, con relación al personal de médicos;teóricamentese explica con el enfoque tridimensional creado por Maslach y Jackson, basado en tres componentes: cansancio emocional, baja realización personal, y despersonalización; tratado encuatrocapítulos: Burnout, medidas de intervención, prevalencia, relevancia y tasas, función de los diferentes servicios. Investigación descriptiva,no experimental, utilizando métodos: inductivo-deductivo,se ha seleccionado no probabilísticamente noventa y tres profesionales de la salud, hombres y mujeres,los mismos que han sido evaluados, a partir de los resultados, se ha dado charlas, sencillas guías de superación. Se concluye con la no probación de la hipótesis planteada, sin embargo de haber burnout en el estamento de médicos. Se recomienda aplicar una batería de test para ratificar la existencia del síndrome.

Descriptive research, not experimental, is using methods: inductivo-deductivo, to assess presence of burnout syndrome not probabilistically selected ninety-three, health professionals, men and women, the same that have been evaluated from the results, has given talks, overcoming simple guides, Concludes with non-probation of the hypothesis; however there is burnout in the medical establishment. It is recommended that a battery test to ratify the existence of the syndrome.
