Trabajo de investigación sobre Psicología Clínica, específicamente sobre estimulación precoz y vínculo afectivo. El objetivo fundamental es determinar sí la aplicación de estimulación intrauterina en el último trimestre de embarazo genera un apego apropiado; se explica teóricamente con el enfoque psicoanalítico de la Teoría del Apego de Bowlby y los estadíos de Erikson; tratado en cuatro capítulos. Se plantea comprobar si la estimulación intrauterina auditiva genera una mejor estructuración del vínculo materno y si produce emociones placenteras en la madre gestante. Investigación no experimental de tipo correlacional, con diseño cuantitativo en una muestra de 50 adolescentes gestantes, mediante técnica de encuesta. Concluyéndose que la estimulación aplicada generó un óptimo apego madre hijo. Recomendándose acoger y mantener en la institución esta práctica desde el inicio del embarazo, para obtener mejores resultados.
Clinical research on Clinical Psychology, specifically on early stimulation and emotional bonding. The main objective is to determine if the intrauterine stimulation application in the last term generates an appropriate emotional attachment; theoretically explained by the psychoanalytic approach emotional attachment theory of Bowlby and Erikson's stages; studied in four chapters. It is planned to proof if the intrauterine auditive stimulation produces a better structuring of maternal bond and produces pleasurable emotions in the pregnant mother. Non experimental co-relational research with quantitative design through survey technique in a sample of 50 pregnant adolescent mothers. Concluding that the stimulation applied generated an optimus child mother attachment. Recommending to keep and maintain this practice in the institution since early pregnancy for better results.
