SAMTEX S.A., es una empresa dedicada a la venta al por mayor de máquinas, herramienta controladas con y sin computadora para la industria textil y artículos de cuero con máquinas de costura de punto y otras, partes y piezas. La empresa en la actualidad no cuenta con lineamientos claros que ayuden al manejo y control del inventario, de la misma manera no cuenta con lineamientos que permitan una eficaz recuperación de cartera, haciendo que ésta sea propensa a tener riesgos corporativos que afecten tanto a las actividades que realiza, como al cumplimiento de sus objetivos. Es por eso que se propone un plan de mejoras para el fortalecimiento de cartera e inventarios de la empresa Samtex S.A., lo que ayudará al personal de la empresa a realizar sus actividades de manera eficiente, optimizando tiempo, recursos y logrando así minimizar riesgos.
SAMTEX S.A., is a company dedicated to the wholesale of machine-tools, controlled with and without a computer for the textile industry and leather goods with knitting stitches and other sewing machines, parts and pieces. The company does not currently have clear guidelines to help the management and control of the inventory, nor does it have guidelines that allow an efficient recovery of the portfolio, making it likely to have corporate risks that affect both the activities that it accomplishes, and to the fulfillment of its objectives. That is why it proposes an improvement plan for the strengthening of portfolio and inventories of the company Samtex S.A., which will help the company's personnel to carry out their activities efficiently, optimizing time, resources and thus minimizing risks.
