El presente trabajo documenta la propuesta del diseño e implementación de un Sistema de Control Interno Administrativo en la Empresa SERVINPET, dedicada a la prestación de servicios de construcción de estructuras metálicas, se enfocó directamente en encontrar los puntos débiles del sistema de control interno, de las áreas de Ventas, Talento Humanos e Inventarios, de acuerdo al análisis de riesgo se propuso mejorar las deficiencias halladas, que permita promover la eficacia en las operaciones, asegurando la estructura interna de la organización y su comportamiento y la adhesión a las políticas prescritas por la dirección. El contenido de esta tesis servirá de gran ayuda para la Empresa SERVINPET., para implantar procedimientos administrativas que permita el cumplimiento de las mismas y alcanzar los objetivos propuestos con el manejo eficiente y eficaz de todos los recursos.
This paper documents the proposed design and implementation of a system of internal management control in the company SERVINPET, dedicated to the provision of services and construction of metal structures. It is focused directly to find weaknesses in the internal control system in the areas of sales, human resources and inventories. According to the risk analysis, it is proposed to improve the deficiencies found and can foster efficiency in operations, thus ensuring the internal structure of the organization and behavior, and adhering to policies prescribed by management. The content of this thesis will be a great help for the Company SERVINPET to implement administrative procedures to comply with and so achieve the objectives proposed by an efficient and effective management of all resources.
