La empresa Repregal es una entidad responsable dedicada al servicio turístico, exclusivamente en Galápagos, esta organización no cuenta con un modelo de gestión establecido por lo que existen inconvenientes al momento de brindar un servicio de calidad a los pasajeros. A su vez, no se han definido procesos estipulados para controlar el trabajo dentro de la organización, sin dejar de lado que no existe una buena comunicación entre el personal, por lo que se ocasiona una descoordinación a bordo del yate entre la administración y la tripulación. Existe un equipo de trabajo, pero con mala coordinación de sus competencias dentro de Repregal. Es así que, el objetivo del presente trabajo fue diseñar una propuesta de modelo de gestión para el yate turístico Infinity en el destino Galápagos, Ecuador; se emplearon para el efecto los métodos teóricos que sirvieron como fundamento de la contextualización teórica y posterior desarrollo de la propuesta. Para validar la aceptación e importancia de la propuesta se aplicó una encuesta al personal que conforma el yate, usando estadística descriptiva para el tratamiento de los datos, también se realizaron entrevistas al gerente general de la empresa y a un experto en el tema de administración. Los principales resultados evidenciaron que cuando una gestión administrativa adecuada no forma parte de una entidad, el servicio que se brinda no es óptimo. Se concluye entonces, que con un modelo de gestión administrativa se puede lograr el manejo adecuado del área, no solo en un yate sino en cualquier tipo de entidad.
The Repregal Company is an ecuadorian enterprise involve with the tourist service, in exclusively at Galapagos Archipelago; this business organization does not count with an well established management model so there are inconveniences when providing quality service to passengers. At the same time, there is not stipulated processes have been defined to control work within the organization, adding that there is no good communication between the staff, so resulting an incoordination on board the yacht between the administration and the crew. In sum, There is a work team, but with poor coordination of their competencies within Repregal. Thus, the main objective of this research was designed an administrative management model proposal for the Infinity Tourist Yacht that cover the tourist route of Galapagos, Ecuador. In this research were used the depth interview for the effect of theorists methods that served as the basis for theoretical contextualization and subsequent development of proposal. To validate the acceptance and importance of the proposal, a survey will be applied to the personnel that make up the yacht, using descriptive statistics for the treatment of the data, interviews were also conducted with the general manager of the company and an expert in the field administration. The main results showed that when proper administrative management is not part of an entity, the service provided is not the most appropriate. If it concludes, then, through an administrative management model, adequate management of area can be achieved, not only on a yacht but on any type of entity.
