La presente temática, denominada “La trata internacional de personas menores de edad y su protección integral en la República del Ecuador.”, ha tenido la finalidad de explicar de qué manera quienes tratan con seres humanos, no solamente se lucran de estos sino también de quienes rodean su entorno social. Este ruin negocio adquiere su “materia prima” de las áreas más indefensas de la sociedad, y sus motivaciones siempre son el aumento pecuniario, es decir no tienen ningún tipo de culpa al momento de traficar con la vida humana, ya que quienes son objeto de estas organizaciones son mercancía y como tal deben ser entregadas al mejor postor. Esta novedosa temática, ha permitido al investigador conocer, indagar y analizar el modo de operaciones de estas organizaciones de explotación de menores, jóvenes y adultos, cuyos victimarios, sorprenden a sus víctimas de tal manera que éstas aceptan sin ningún reparo sus peticiones ya que las amenazas en contra de las familias de la trata pueden acarrear la muerte de los miembros de su familia. La investigación también posee gran connotación la exposición de una serie de casos de la vida real sucedido en algunas partes del mundo, que permite ampliar el análisis de la legislación de varios países y la importancia de contemplar observaciones respecto al proceso judicial.
This theme, called "The international trafficking of minors and their comprehensive protection in the Republic of Ecuador.", has had the purpose of explaining how those who deal with human beings, not only profit from them but also from those around their social environment. This dastardly business acquires its "raw material" from the most defenseless areas of society, and its motivations are always pecuniary gains, that is, they are not to blame when it comes to trafficking in human life, since those who are the object of these organizations are merchandise and as such must be delivered to the highest bidder. This new topic has allowed the researcher to know, investigate and analyze the mode of operations of these organizations that exploit minors, youth and adults, whose perpetrators surprise their victims in such a way that they accept their requests without any hesitation, since the threats against trafficking families can lead to the death of their family members. The investigation also has great connotation the exposure of a series of real life cases that occurred in some parts of the world, which allows expanding the analysis of the legislation of several countries and the importance of contemplating observations regarding the judicial process.
