Evaluación del impletol como tratamiento a paciente felinos con gingivoestomatitis de diferentes etiologías que asisten a consulta en la Veterinaria Bellavista.

El objetivo del presente trabajo fue determinar la mejoría de las lesiones de la cavidad bucal en gatos domésticos, se realizó en la ciudad de Guayaquil, Ecuador en la clínica veterinaria Bellavista ubicado en la ciudadela bellavista, entre los meses de noviembre 2021 a enero 2022, para poder evidenciar la eficacia del Impletol en 100 pacientes felinos que presentaban gingivoestomatitis, realizando pruebas sanguíneas diagnosticados entre estas diferentes patologías felinas; calicivirus felino, sida felino y leucemia felino positivo, unas pruebas fueron enviadas al laboratorio y otras realizando pruebas rápidas; una vez teniendo el diagnóstico positivo de la mascota felina, se procedió a realizar tres aplicaciones en la cavidad bucal con el producto Impletol en un intervalo de 3 días, así poder observar una mejoría entre estas aplicaciones y recomendar a futuros profesionales puedan hacer uso de este producto, se comprobó mediante la prueba Chi Cuadrado Pearson que dio como resultado que los pacientes felinos con gingivitis tienen un 29% de ser favorable este tratamiento, mientras que en los felinos que presentaban úlceras tienen un porcentaje del 64% de efectividad, esto quiere decir que el Impletol causa un efecto favorable en los pacientes felinos con ambas lesiones.
The objective of this work was to determine the improvement of the lesions of the oral cavity in domestic cats, it was carried out in the city of Guayaquil, Ecuador in the Bellavista veterinary clinic located in the Bellavista citadel, between the months of November 2021 to January 2022, in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of Impletol in 100 feline patients who presented gingivostomatitis, performing blood tests diagnosed among these different feline pathologies; feline calicivirus, feline aids and positive feline leukemia, some tests were sent to the laboratory and others were performed in rapid tests; Once the feline pet had a positive diagnosis, three applications of the product Impletol were made in the oral cavity at an interval of 3 days, in order to observe an improvement between these applications and to recommend future professionals to use this product, The Pearson Chi Square test showed that feline patients with gingivitis had a 29% favorable treatment, while felines with ulcers had a percentage of 64% effectiveness, which means that Impletol has a favorable effect on feline patients with both lesions.
