Esta es la primera parte de una investigación que tiene como objetivo generar un procedimiento para la revisión estructural de una edificación antigua típica de la ciudad de Guayaquil. En esta parte se propone el uso de equipos especializados para realizar levamientos estructurales y no estructurales, con el objetivo de obtener suficiente información para un análisis adecuado, sin necesidad de afectar a la estructura durante el proceso; esto como primer paso de un estudio de rehabilitación estructural. Se incluye también un procedimiento simplificado para la revisión estructural que será comparado con metodologías más complejas en la siguiente parte de la investigación siguiendo las recomendaciones de los códigos ASCE/SEI 41-13 y NEC-15. Se proponen dos modelos elástico-lineales con mampostería y sin mampostería, se realiza un análisis modal espectral y se verifica las condiciones de deformación y otras exigencias de la norma. De los resultados del modelo estructural con mampostería y en base a las investigaciones de otros autores se concluye que en Planta Baja se va a perder la rigidez de la mampostería. Por lo tanto el comportamiento para un sismo raro más se asemeja al modelo con mampostería en pisos superiores y no en planta baja; por lo que se realizó un tercer modelo para revisar esta condición. Se concluye que es muy probable que ocurra la condición de piso suave.
This is the first part of an investigation that contains like object, generate a process for structural review of one typical ancient edification in Guayaquil city. In this part we propose to use specialize equipment to realize structural and not structural surveys, with the purpose to obtain enough information for proper analysis, without affect structural during the process; this like a first step of a rehabilitation structural studio. It’s also include an simplified process for structural review that’s going to compared with more complex methodologies in the next investigation part following the ASCE/SEI 41-13 and NEC-15 codes. It propose two elastic-lineal types with masonry and without it, then we realize a spectrum modal and deformations conditions are verified with another’s rules. Of the structural model results with masonry and based on the research of other authors, it is concluded that in the first floor it’s going to lost the masonry stiffness. Therefore for a rare earthquake it’s similar to the model with masonry on upper floors and not on the first floor, so a third model was made to review this condition. It is concluded that the soft floor condition is very probably to occur.
