Análisis de ciberacoso o ciberbullying como medio de victimización en línea de niños, niñas y adolescentes.

El presente artículo académico comprende el análisis jurídico del ciberbullying o ciberacosoo a niños, niñas y adolescentes ocasionado mediante redes sociales; donde me permitiré revisar las medidas de protección consagradas en el Código Orgánico de la Niñez y Adolescencia en caso de maltrato. Verificar si las medidas de protección son eficientes en precautelar el desarrollo integral del menor ante esta actual situación dada por la tecnología y por ser grupo prioritario tal como lo consagra la Norma Constitucional del Ecuador. En nuestro país, las redes sociales se usan de forma masiva por niños y adolescentes, las cuales les permite tener comunicación directa con personas mayores que ellos. Problemática que se procedió a investigar, debido a que los niños y adolescentes, son acosados de forma cibernética. Es decir, se justifica la necesidad actual del identificar esta nueva manera de maltrato, y las medidas de protección que deberían aplicarse en estos casos y sanciones penales de ser el caso, se debe tener en cuenta que la tecnología actual dificulta la identificación de quién es el sujeto activo, cuáles son las intenciones con el niño o adolescentes; y, no se sabe el lugar de residencia de este sujeto.
The academic article includes the legal analysis of cyberbullying of childrenor adolescents caused through social networks; where protection measures enshrined in the Organic Code for Children and Adolescents will be reviewed in theevent of abuse. Verify if the protection measures are efficient in safeguarding the integral development of the minor in the face of this current situation given by technology and because it is a priority group as established by the Constitutional Norm of Ecuador. In our country, social networks are used massively by children and adolescents, which allows them to have direct communication with people older than them. Problem that was investigated because children and adolescents are cyber bullied. In other words, the current need to identify this new form of abuse isjustified, and the protection measures that should be applied in these cases and criminal sanctions. Must be taken into account, current technology makes it difficultto identify who is the active subject, what are the intentions with the child or adolescents; and the place of residence of this subject is unknown.
