La propuesta se centra en una aplicación móvil la cual servirá para conectar a personas amantes de jugar futbol a su vez que ayudará a medir sus habilidades dentro de este deporte para fomentar una sana competencia y verse motivados los distintos usuarios a ser el mejor. Al mismo tiempo se busca con esto generar nuevas fuentes de empleo para la sociedad, de igual manera fomentar la práctica de futbol en los ciudadanos de distintas edades. De igual manera se desarrolló un plan de marketing para poder determinar las estrategias de producto, precio, plaza y promoción más adecuadas para así introducir esta aplicación en el mercado con un mayor nivel de aceptación. Finalmente se desarrolló un estudio financiero en donde se determinó un VAN positivo de $41,146.50 con una TIR del 34% superior a la TMAR del 15.46%, lo que demuestra que la propuesta es rentable.
The proposal focuses on a mobile application which will serve to connect people who love playing football at the same time that will help measure their skills within this sport to encourage healthy competition and to be motivated by different users to be the best. At the same time, this seeks to generate new sources of employment for society, as well as encourage the practice of football among citizens of different ages. In the same way, a marketing plan was developed to be able to determine the most suitable product, price, place and promotion strategies in order to introduce this application to the market with a higher level of acceptance. Finally, a financial study was developed in which a positive NPV of $ 41,146.50 was determined with a TIR of 34% higher than the TMAR of 15.46%, which shows that the proposal is profitable.
