El presente artículo comprende un estudio realizado en la ciudad de Guayaquil para la analizar la factibilidad producción y comercialización de una bebida de consumo masivo, en donde se investigó el mercado y sus preferencias sobre bebidas, tendencias y cantidades comprobar si existe aceptación en el nicho de mercado en la ciudad de Guayaquil. Para esto se tomó una muestra de 383 personas de la ciudad de Guayaquil. La información fue obtenida a través de una encuesta y contrastada con datos del INEC. Subsiguiente, se procedió analizar los datos obtenidos obteniendo una aceptación del 92% por parte de los consumidores. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran la factibilidad del proyecto explicada en proyecciones de posibles demandas, posibles escenarios, gastos del negocio y posibles ingresos comprobando así la factibilidad del negocio.
This article includes a study carried out in the city of Guayaquil to analyze the feasibility production and marketing of a drink of mass consumption, in which the market and its preferences on drinks, trends and quantities are investigated check if there is acceptance in the niche market in the city of Guayaquil. For this investigation we took a sample of 383 people from the city of Guayaquil. The information was obtained through a survey and tested against INEC data. Subsequently, the data obtained was analyzed, obtaining 92% acceptance by consumers. The results obtained demonstrate the feasibility of the project explained in projections of possible demands, possible scenarios, business expenses and possible income thus verifying the feasibility of the business.
