La autoridad paterna ha entrado en una suerte de crisis existencial, en la que se ha cuestionado por parte de los hijos, la relevancia o las modalidades que debe tener la figura paterna en el contexto familiar, siendo la desautorización, expresada de manera que no reconocen o entran en conflicto con lo que representa autoridad, con limites simbólicos, que son necesarios para el funcionamiento social, para la convivencia, para la vida escolar, siendo, la manera más práctica para desfavorecerla, para disiparla del contexto de los sitios de poder, negándole sus derechos más básicos, como establece su función ordenadora. Entonces, la función del padre, que tiene la responsabilidad de formar significantes de identificación y un rol notable en las diferentes etapas de desarrollo del sujeto, no se somete únicamente a una función de rompimiento dentro de la etapa edípica. En la presente investigación se determinan algunas de las singularidades que se establecen cuando ocurre la pérdida de la autoridad paterna, en la que se deja de percibir el reconocimiento mutuo, que permite que el sujeto pueda formarse su constitución singular, ya que percibe demandas que le conceden seguridad, consolidación, en función de la figura paterna que tiene como referencia. Por último, se resalta que la función paterna es la que viabiliza la condición de falta en el sujeto, generando un resto que no es rellenado, posibilitando el deseo, y la demanda.
Parental authority has entered a kind of existential crisis, in which the children have questioned the relevance or the modalities that the father figure should have in the family context, with disavowal being expressed in a way that they do not recognize or they conflict with what represents authority, with symbolic limits, which are necessary for social functioning, for coexistence, for school life, being the most practical way to disadvantage it, to dispel it from the context of places of power, denying him his most basic rights, as established by his ordering function. Thus, the function of the father, who has the responsibility of forming signifiers of identification and a notable role in the different stages of development of the subject, does not only undergo a breaking function within the oedipal stage. In the present investigation, some of the singularities that are established when the loss of parental authority occurs, in which mutual recognition is no longer perceived, which allows the subject to form his singular constitution, since he perceives demands that him, they grant security, consolidation, depending on the father figure that they have as a reference. Finally, it is highlighted that the paternal function is what makes the condition of lack in the subject viable, generating a remainder that is not filled, enabling desire and demand.
