La tendencia a la baja en el consumo de azúcar ha creado la necesidad de la elaboración de productos que logren satisfacer las necesidades de este segmento de clientes en crecimiento. Los investigadores han buscado analizar la factibilidad económica de producir y exportar frutas exóticas cubiertas de chocolate a España, mediante el análisis de las teorías socioeconómicas que intervengan en la estructura del proyecto, el estudio de los segmentos de mercado involucrados, y la proyección de indicadores financieros que permitieron la confirmación de dicha factibilidad. De esta forma, se obtuvieron resultados positivos en cuanto al comportamiento del mercado, conclusión a la que los investigadores llegan a partir de los resultados obtenidos en el estudio del mismo, de igual manera se obtuvieron resultados favorables en las proyecciones financieras por lo que se concluye que el proyecto puede ser llevado a cabo y es factible económicamente.
