El presente trabajo es el estudio de un plan de negocio para la producción industrial de galletas con base de pinole en el cantón Milagro de la provincia de Guayas, se realizó este plan de negocio para determinar la viabilidad económica de este proyecto. El trabajo de investigación se lo ha dividido en cuatro capítulos. En el primer capítulo se desarrollan los antecedentes, beneficios y orígenes del producto que es objeto de estudio. Se establece la justificación, planteamiento del problema, objetivos generales y específicos, el marco teórico, conceptual y referencial. En el segundo capítulo se realiza el análisis del entorno PESTAy las cinco Fuerzas de Porter en donde se va a desarrollar el negocio, esto permitirá conocer el entorno externo donde va operar la empresa de galletera, este análisis permitirá identificar las variables macroeconómicas que se deben tener en cuenta en el desarrollo de una empresa. En el tercer capítulo se desarrolla el diagnóstico, creación y estructura del plan de negocio en el cual se indica la implementación de la empresa tanto como maquinaria y la organización administrativa. En el cuarto capítulo que es el análisis financiero se analizará la viabilidad económica del presente proyecto.
The present work is the study of a plan of bussines for the production industrial of biscuits with bases of pinole in the canton Milagro of the province of Guayas, it has been made this plan of business for determine the viability economy of this proyect. The work of investigation has been divide in four chapter. In the first chapter been made the background, benefits and origins of the product that is object of study. It is established the justification, Problem Statement, general and specific objectives, the theoretical framework, conceptual and referential. In the second chapter been made the analysis of the environment PESTA and the five Porter forces in where the business is going to develop, this allow know the environment external where the biscuit company will operate, this analysis allow identify the macroeconomic variables that must be taken into account in the development of a company. In the third chapter develops the diagnosis, creation and structure of the business plan in which it is indicated the implementation of the company as much as machinery and administrative organization. In the fourth chapter that is the analysis financial it will be analyzed of the economic viability of present project.
