El presente proyecto se elaboró a través de la investigación de los diferentes procesos que mantiene la microempresa familiar “SU MINI TIENDA”, especialmente en el área contable, en donde sus empleados no están desarrollando un control interno eficaz que aporte beneficios a las proyecciones financieras, esto ha conllevado a que los dueños tomen a consideraciones decisiones como vender menos, despedir empleados, etc. Sin embargo, a través de la indagación se pudo denotar que el control interno resulta muy eficiente cuando se lo realiza a través de un sistema contable, es por ello que en la propuesta se recomendó la utilización del programa contable Conta Sol, el cual como se explicó aporta el control interno en cada una de las funciones del área contable, además que por sus condiciones técnicas es eficaz para que los empleados con tan solo una inducción puedan aprender a manejarlo. El costo beneficio que se va obtener es muy importante pues nos indica la rentabilidad así como los beneficios al aplicar el control interno, ya que se va a disminuir perdida de mercadería, disminución por la sustracción de los productos. Los beneficios soy muy alentadores pues representan un incremento muy significativo en base a la inversión realizada, esto conlleva al incremento de la productividad.
The present project was elaborated through the investigation of the different processes maintained by the family microenterprise "SU MINI TIENDA", especially in the accounting area, where its employees are not developing an effective internal control that brings benefits to the financial projections, this has led to the owners taking into account decisions such as selling less, laying off employees, etc. However, through the investigation it was possible to denote that the internal control is very efficient when it is carried out through an accounting system, that is why the proposal recommended the use of the accounting program ContaSol, which as explained provides the internal control in each of the functions of the accounting area, in addition that by its technical conditions is effective so that the employees with only an induction can learn to h andle it. The cost benefit that is going to be obtained is very important because it indicates the profitability as well as the benefits to apply the internal control, since it is going to diminish lost of merchandise, diminution by the subtraction of the products. The benefits are very encouraging because they represent a very significant increase based on the investment made, this leads to an increase in productivity.
