En los últimos años la ciudad de Milagro ha tenido un crecimiento alto en la esfera de la construcción por lo que ha demandado mucha compra de hormigón premezclado a ciudades aledañas a ella, ya que no cuenta la ciudad con una planta de hormigón. Se ha realizado un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una planta hormigonera, para que permita satisfacer la demanda de ese servicio ya sea en la empresa privada o pública; y, para lograrlo se ha planteado objetivos específicos, análisis de mercado, análisis del sector, estadísticas de consumo de cemento y hormigón, algunos competidores, también un análisis de demanda para tener una base para ver a quien se le va ofrecer el servicio, se lo realizo haciendo unas encuestas al COLEGIO DE INGENIEROS CIVILES DEL GUAYAS, con los datos recopilados obtuvimos los tipos de hormigón que más demanda tienen en la construcción para luego hacer el análisis financiero necesario. Finalmente, haciendo el cálculo en la hoja de Excel, se recuperaría la inversión y se obtendría un beneficio neto de $ 227 mil dólares en el período analizado, llegando a la conclusión que el proyecto es viable desde el punto de vista financiero.
In recent years, the city of Milagro has had a high growth in the sphere of construction, which is why it has demanded a lot of purchase of ready-mix concrete from nearby cities, since the city does not have a concrete plant. A feasibility study for the creation of a concrete mixer plant has been carried out, in order to satisfy the demand for this service, whether in the private or public company; and, to achieve this, specific objectives, market analysis, sector analysis, cement and concrete consumption statistics, some competitors, as well as a demand analysis to have a basis to see who will be offering the service, have been proposed. I do it doing some surveys to the COLEGIO DE INGENIEROS CIVILES DEL GUAYAS, with the collected data we obtained the types of concrete that have the most demand in the construction and then make the necessary financial analysis. Finally, making the calculation in the Excel sheet, the investment would be recovered and a net profit of $ 227 thousand dollars would be obtained in the analyzed period, reaching the conclusion that the project is viable from the financial point of view.
