El presente trabajo es una investigación sobre “El impacto psicosocial que la Pandemia del (Covid19) produjo en los colaboradores de una empresa en la ciudad de Guayaquil”, se basó esta investigación en saber cómo los colaboradores afrontaban los riesgos psicosociales a los que fueron expuestos durante este tiempo de confinamiento en el ámbito laboral y familiar debido a la propagación del Covid-19. Esta investigación se realizará de forma cualitativa, como instrumento se aplicará una encuesta para recopilar la información por medio de un link que será enviado al correo de cada uno de los colaboradores. Este estudio se realiza en una empresa privada de la ciudad de Guayaquil con sus respectivas sucursales en Quito y Cuenca. La muestra será de 149 personas quienes nos otorgaran información actual de cómo están afrontando esta nueva realidad desde sus respectivas situaciones y cómo esta nueva adaptabilidad influye en su vida familiar y laboral.
The present work is an investigation on "The psychosocial impact that the Pandemic of (Covid19) produced in the collaborators of a company in the city of Guayaquil", this investigation was based on knowing how the collaborators faced the psychosocial risks to which they were exposed during this time of confinement in the work and family environment due to the spread of Covid-19. This research will be carried out qualitatively as an instrument, a survey will be applied to collect the information through a link that will be sent to the email of each of the collaborators. This study is carried out in a private company in the city of Guayaquil with its respective branches in Quito and Cuenca. The sample will be 149 people who give us current information on how they are facing this new reality from their respective situations and how this new adaptability influences their family and work life.
