El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en un estudio de la comunicación organizacional en una Institución de Educación Superior en Guayaquil, cuyo objetivo es diagnosticar el tipo de comunicación, identificar los factores de clima y con los resultados obtenidos lograr describir los factores de comunicación que inciden en el clima. Para su desarrollo se implementaron instrumentos como encuestas y entrevistas en el personal de la carrera de Psicología, siendo el tipo de investigación descriptiva. Para el logro de objetivos se realizó la implementación de la encuesta de comunicación por Formanchuk que tiene como objetivo la medición de la percepción la comunicación y la encuesta de clima por Corral y Pereña que consiste en la evaluación general del clima. Del mismo modo se desarrollan los conceptos de comunicación organizacional interna y el clima organizacional, ya que son variables relevantes para la creación y generación de la relación idónea con la Institución.
The present research work consists of a study of organizational communication in an institution of Higher Education in Guayaquil, whose objective is to diagnose the type of communication, identify the climate factors and with the results obtained to describe the communication factors that affect the climate. For its development, instruments such as surveys and interviews were implemented in the staff of the career of Psychology, being the type of descriptive research. To achieve the objectives, the implementation of the communication survey by Formanchuk was carried out, with the objective of measuring the perception of communication and the climate survey by Corral and Perena, which consists of the general assessment of the climate. Likewise, the concepts of internal organizational communication and the organizational climate are developed, since they are relevant variables for the creation and generation of the appropriate relationship with the Institution.
