Description: En el presente trabajo se pretende abordar la importancia que tiene el libre mercado sobre los negocios internacionales, y también los efectos que este posee si se encuentra altamente regulado. Se analizará como afecta la planificación económica por parte del gobierno y entre otros factores que golpean directamente sobre inversionistas locales o extranjeros. Es de gran importancia analizar cada uno de los componentes que posicionan a un país en un determinado grado de competitividad empresarial a nivel internacional.
In the present work it is intended to address the importance of the free market on international business, and also the effects that it has if it is highly regulated. It will be analyzed how it affects economic planning by the government and among other factors that directly affect local or foreign investors. It is of great importance to analyze each of the components that position a country in a certain degree of business competitiveness at the international level.
