El presente trabajo desea analizar la incidencia de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en el Desempeño Organizacional de las empresas manufactureras de plástico del sector norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil, la investigación se desarrolla de manera cuantitativa, de tipo no experimental, correlacional; También la información secundaria fue obtenida de la base de datos de la Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros. Por otro lado, se utilizó la estadística descriptiva para calcular la muestra de las empresas de 130 empresas que cambió durante la investigación a 117. Entre los hallazgos más importantes con el modelo estructural en el programa AMOS se obtuvo los resultados que (a) Existe una relación con la regresión estandarizada de todas las relaciones presentan un valor-p menor a 0,01, lo que evidencia que todos los coeficientes de las siete dimensiones del liderazgo servidor y el efecto en el desempeño organizacional son significativas, (b) Se comprobó el efecto establecido en la hipótesis del estudio sobre el efecto positivo del liderazgo servidor en el desempeño organizacional de las empresas del sector de plástico en la ciudad de Guayaquil se pudo llegar a que existe con el modelo planteado una relación positiva de (0,32) cumpliendo con lo establecido en la H1 planteado con un rango de confianza del 99% la incidencia positiva de la RSE en el desempeño organizacional.
The present work wishes to analyze the incidence of Corporate Social Responsibility in the Organizational Performance of plastic manufacturing companies in the northern sector of the city of Guayaquil, the research is carried out in a quantitative, non-experimental, correlational manner; Secondary information was also obtained from the database of the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance. On the other hand, descriptive statistics were used to calculate the sample of companies from 130 companies that changed during the investigation to 117. Among the most important findings with the structural model in the AMOS program were the results that (a) There is a relationship with the standardized regression of all relationships have a p-value less than 0.01, which shows that all coefficients of the seven dimensions of servant leadership and the effect on organizational performance are significant, (b) The effect established in the study hypothesis on the positive effect of servant leadership on the organizational performance of companies was verified by means of the model with structural equations of the plastic sector in the city of Guayaquil, it was possible to arrive at the fact that there is a positive relationship of (0.32) with the proposed model, complying with what is established in H1 proposed with a confidence range of 99%, the positive incidence of CSR in organizational performance.
