Guayaquil es la segunda ciudad más importante del país por su historia y su relevancia política. Una de las características más importantes de la ciudad es espacio comercial debido a la cantidad de espacios que se generan en la ciudad para desarrollar distintos tipos de negocios que se adaptan a distintos tipos de grupos socioeconómico. Por eso se desea dotar a la urbanización “Ciudad de niños” de un mall comercial que se adapte a un entorno natural caracterizado por las condicionantes climáticas y topográficas. Donde todos los micro emprendedores del sector puedan trasladarse con su negocio a un mejor espacio y a su vez llevar un comercio mas ordenado y formal, en este proyecto se quiere crear varias sensaciones en cada uno de sus espacios tanto cerrados, abiertos y semi abiertos, jugando así también con la altura del edificio.
Guayaquil is the second most important city in the country for its history and its political relevance. One of the most important features of the city is commercial space due to the amount of spaces that are generated in the city to develop different types of businesses that adapt to different types of socioeconomic groups. This is why we want to provide the "City of Children" urbanization with a commercial mall that adapts to a natural environment characterized by climatic and topographical conditions. Where all micro entrepreneurs in the sector can move with their business to a better space and at the same time bring a more organized and formal trade, in this project you want to create several sensations in each of its both closed, open and semi-open spaces, playing with the height of the building.
