El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en un estudio de factibilidad mediante el diseño de una estructura administrativa financiera para la exportación de carne de lenteja a los Estados Unidos de América. El diseño consiste inicialmente en un estudio de mercado para conocer la necesidad alimentaria de la población vegana en Estados Unidos, para luego mediante un estudio técnico y financiero determinar su pertinencia para la inversión de capital en la empresa exportadora. La metodología de investigación es inductiva – deductiva con un enfoque mixto cualicuantitativo. Para este proyecto de investigación se toma una muestra probabilística aleatorio simple ya que no existen datos exactos sobre comensales vegetarianos en EE.UU, a ellos se les aplicó una encuesta vía online y también se entrevistaron a 4 expertos en la temática, mediante la utilización de un cuestionario como instrumento de la investigación. Mediante el análisis proyectivo a cinco años se pudo observar que el negocio es rentable con un crecimiento sostenido que le permitiría a la empresa su consolidación en el mercado alimenticio de los Estados Unidos. Se pretende guiar al inversionista en la toma de decisiones sobre la pertinencia de colocar su capital en el negocio de la producción y exportación de carne de lenteja de tal manera que asegure el retorno de su capital y un índice aceptable de rentabilidad sobre el mismo.
The present research work consists of a feasibility study through the design of a financial administrative structure for the export of lentil meat to the United States of America. The design initially consists of a market study to know the food needs of the vegan population in the United States, and then through a technical and financial study to determine its relevance for capital investment in the exporting company. The research methodology is inductive - deductive with a qualitative-quantitative mixed approach. For this research project a simple random probabilistic sample is taken since there is no exact data on vegetarian diners in the US, an online survey was applied to them and 4 experts on the subject were also interviewed, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Through the five-year projective analysis, it was observed that the business is profitable with sustained growth that would allow the company to consolidate in the United States food market. It is intended to guide the investor in making decisions about the appropriateness of placing their capital in the business of production and export of lentil meat in such a way as to ensure the return of their capital and an acceptable rate of profitability on it.
