A market survey was conducted in order to meet the population dissatisfied brief features of Ecuadorian manufacturing industry boxers man in the province of Pichincha. Known population unsatisfied part to be covered by the industry under study and the plant capacity to be achieved was obtained was estimated. Through technical study location, the machinery, the space and the distribution of plant required for its operation is determined. An overview of industrial safety, where the essentials and standards that must be met, as well as a summary of environmental impact which current legislation shows that are shown must also meet was held.Through financial analysis budget machinery, land and building needed to start is known. Se realizó un sondeo de mercado con el fin de conocer a breves rasgos la población insatisfecha por la industria ecuatoriana en la fabricación de bóxers de hombre en la provincia de Pichincha. Conocida la población insatisfecha se estimó una parte a ser cubierta por la industria en estudio, y se obtuvo la capacidad de planta que se quiere alcanzar. Mediante el estudio técnico se determinó su ubicación, la maquinaria necesaria, el espacio y la distribución de planta necesaria para su operación. Se realizó un sumario de seguridad industrial, donde se muestran los puntos esenciales y las normativas que deben cumplirse, así como un sumario de impacto ambiental donde se muestra la normativa legal vigente que también se debe cumplir. Mediante un análisis financiero se conoce el presupuesto de maquinaria, terreno y edificio necesario para iniciar. Así como también el capital de trabajo para dos meses de operación…
