The present business plan consists of the creation of a textile company focused on the manufacture and marketing of an ecological sports bra made with 100% organic cotton fabric for women athletes with an active lifestyle and concerned about sustainable fashion and the environment residents in the city of Quito. Cooper is born of the feminine need to wear a fundamental sport garment in its physical activities that protects its skin and contributes to the improvement of its competitive performance. For the development of this document, secondary sources were used to validate the existing information of both the industry and the market. A market investigation was jointly carried out in order to identify the characteristics of the potential client, as well as those of the competition. Finally, a financial plan was developed to evaluate the feasibility and viability of the proposed business plan.
El presente plan de negocios consiste en la creación de una empresa textil enfocada a la fabricación y comercialización de un bra deportivo ecológico elaborado con 100% con tela de algodón orgánico para las mujeres deportistas con un estilo de vida activo y preocupado por la moda sustentable y el medio ambiente residentes en la ciudad de Quito. Cooper nace de la necesidad femenina de vestir una prenda deportiva fundamental en sus actividades físicas que proteja su piel y colabore al mejoramiento de su rendimiento competitivo. Para el desarrollo de este documento se utilizó fuentes secundarias para validar la información existente tanto de la industria como del mercado. Conjuntamente se realizó una investigación de mercado con el fin de identificar las características del potencial cliente, así como las de la competencia. Finalmente, se elaboró un plan financiero para evaluar la factibilidad y viabilidad del plan de negocios propuesto.
