The present work aims to conduct the financial assessment of the construction of apartments and suites which will serve as accommodation to tourists, so as to contribute to economic growth of Bahia de Caraquez, without affecting the natural resources and the environment of the area. The high costs of accommodation of the few luxury hotels in Bahia de Caraquez, prevents that tourists visiting the city, and opt to find accommodation in nearby towns. For this reason, arises the idea of creating a building with suites and apartments, which intends to solve the basic need for the tourist in the hosting service, which count with the necessary comforts, without affecting the economy of the visitor. The type of company that will be created is "public limited company"…
El presente trabajo pretende realizar la valoración financiera de la construcción de departamentos y suites que servirá como alojamiento a turistas, de tal forma que contribuya al crecimiento económico de Bahía de Caráquez, sin afectar los recursos naturales y el medio ambiente de la zona. Los elevados costos de hospedaje de los escasos hoteles de lujo existentes en Bahía de Caráquez, impide que los turistas visiten la ciudad, y opten por buscar alojamiento en pueblos aledaños. Por este motivo, surge la idea de crear un edificio con suites y departamentos, que pretenda solucionar la necesidad básica del turista en el servicio de hospedaje, que cuente con las comodidades necesarias, sin afectar la economía del visitante. El tipo de compañía que se constituirá es de “Compañía Anónima”…
