La inconstitucionalidad del sistema nacional de nivelación y admisión para el acceso a la educación superior

Description: The main objective of the present titling work is to demonstrate the unconstitutionality of article 27 of the National Leveling and Admission System Regulation, which regulates the allocation process. Is considered that the provisions contained in this article enclose aspects that transgress the essential content of the right of access to higher education established in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador of 2008.Therefore in the present work, will be analyzed the violation of the essential content of the constitutional right that guarantees universal, free and equal access to higher education.
El presente trabajo de titulación tiene el objetivo principal demostrar la inconstitucionalidad del artículo 27 del Reglamento del Sistema Nacional de Nivelación y Admisión el cual regula el proceso de asignación de cupos. Se considera que las disposiciones contenidas en éste artículo contienen aspectos que transgreden el contenido esencial del derecho de acceso a la educación superior establecido en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador de 2008. Por lo tanto en el presente trabajo, se realizará un análisis de la vulneración del contenido esencial del derecho constitucional que garantiza el acceso universal, gratuito y en igualdad de oportunidades a la educación superior.
