The lntercolegialEcuador.Com is founded in the city of Quito as limited company that is formed by two partners whose contribution is of 49% and 51 % of stock. The main objective of the company is to promote sport activities in prívate schools of the city of Quito through a web site where young people can register and participate in championships of: soccer, basketball, karate, volleyball, swimming, paintball, and ping-pong. This project emerges from an unsatisfied demand that wants to obtain a new kind of healthy and productive entertainment through sports. The market's objective are teenagers between the ages of 12-18, that study in prívate schools around or in the city of Quito, with a social-economical level from medium to high. A strategy of market development will be driven to introduce products and existent services in other geographical zones with the particular conclusion of finding new market places that have not been explored yet. The main strategy of marketing is market segmentation; in this way, the company can identify the target market and so the customer can increase their loyalty and trust placed on the service, thereby allowing jointly the use of proper marketing, among the main ones are social networks . The team members who conform the company are: the general manager, that is in charge of the administrative and financia! area; marketing manager, who is in charge of the area of marketing and sales; the production supervisor, in charge of the web page operation development; and the logistic supervisor, in charge of the well-being and correct use of the event. Financially the project is rentable because in every case scenario there is a positive NPV and IRR superior to the cost of opportunity. In an optimist scenario with a bank loan there was obtained a NPV of $46.671,77 and a IRR of 33%, and in the same scenario without a bank load there is at presenta NPV of $66.235,71 and IRR of 39% .
El IntercolegialEcuador.Com se constituye en la ciudad de Quito como una compañía de responsabilidad limitada, está conformada por dos socios cuyos aportes son del 49 por ciento y 51 por ciento. El objetivo principal de la empresa es fomentar el deporte en los colegios particulares de la ciudad de Quito a través de un portal web donde puedan los jóvenes inscribirse y participar en campeonatos de: fútbol, básquet, karate, vóley, natación, paintball, y tenis de mesa. El presente proyecto surge de una demanda insatisfecha que desea obtener un tipo de entretenimiento sano y productivo por medio del deporte. El mercado objetivo son jóvenes-adolescentes entre los 12 y 18 años de edad, que estudien en colegios particulares de la ciudad de Quito, con un nivel socioeconómico medio, medio alto y alto. Se manejará una estrategia de desarrollo de mercados para introducir productos y servicios existentes en otras zonas geográficas con el fin de buscar nuevos nichos de mercados, aún no explorados...
