Cupcakes Boutique is a small business that was established as an alternative site for the daily consumption of pastry with traditional flavors and new initiatives supported on standard recipes and other unique and creative which will be marketed through a point of sale and the web page, social networking, phone orders and alliances with non-competing businesses in the sector of food and beverages. The problem that was identified in the current market according to the market research is a sale of a product that does not match the expectation of the characteristics associated with a cupcake as: dough, texture, taste, so the objective will be the creation and implementation of a gourmet cupcake business that meets the needs and desires of consumers to have a specialized product and service offering….
Cupcakes Boutique es una microempresa que se establecerá como un sitio alternativo para el consumo de pastelería de sabores cotidianos y de nuevas iniciativas apoyadas en recetas habituales y también en otras únicas y creativas que se comercializarán a través de un punto de venta, así como por la página web, redes sociales, pedidos telefónicos y alianzas con empresas no competidoras del sector de alimentos y bebidas. El inconveniente que se identificó en la demanda actual de acuerdo a la investigación de mercado realizada es la venta de un producto que no concuerda con la expectativa de las características asociadas a un cupcake como son: masa, textura, sabor; por lo que el objetivo será la creación y puesta en marcha de una empresa de elaboración de cupcakes gourmet que satisfaga las necesidades y deseos de los consumidores para que tengan una oferta especializada de producto y servicio….
