This study analyzes the processes of changes and policies reforms generated in several Arab countries during the past few years; this problem is also known as the Arab spring. Therefore, to have a clear understanding of what would be one of the most important political and social revolutions in the world, the research starts with the search for the origin and causes that triggered this historical fact. To then focus on the study of the political, economic and social aspects that characterized the countries of Egypt and Syria before the revolution. In the same way, there is a review of the international communitys action on the scenario of the Arab spring, especially that made by the countries that make up the group of 5 or also called "G5" (United States, France, China, the United Kingdom and Russia). Turning then to the played by international agencies such as the United Nations and the Arab League, in its duty to protect the peace and international security, as well as the protection of the human rights of the Arab populations. In addition, it analyzes the impact of the Arab spring in the international order, then, it details the results and lessons that have left the revolution to date. Likewise, it investigates the possibility of this event will become the scene of an international armed conflict, and that in turn must accompany other current phenomena that could recreate a system of power with Multipolarity. Finally, for the development of this research, we used several investigative techniques such as the use of the deductive method, which was used in the study of the particular facts that result in an overview of changes replicated in several Arab countries. Because the fact that characterizes each country of the Arab spring, is the struggle for change a state structure dominated by authoritarian and dictatorial governments. Likewise, it made use of the chronological, historical and analytical methods those help significantly to be clear about the cause of the revolution and its possible outcomes.
El presente estudio analiza los procesos de cambios y reformas políticas generadas en varios países árabes durante los últimos años, dicha problemática también es conocida como la Primavera Árabe. Por lo cual, para tener un conocimiento claro de lo que vendría a ser una de las revoluciones políticas y sociales más importantes del mundo, la investigación inicia con la búsqueda del origen y las causas que desencadenaron este hecho histórico. Para luego centrarse en el estudio de los aspectos políticos, económicos y sociales que caracterizaron a los países de Egipto y Siria antes de la revolución. De la misma forma, se revisa la actuación de la comunidad Internacional sobre el escenario de la Primavera Árabe, en especial aquella efectuada por los países que conforman el grupo de los 5 o también llamados ―G5‖ (Estados Unidos, Francia, China, Reino Unido y Rusia). Pasando luego al desempeñado por los Organismos Internacionales como las Naciones Unidas y la Liga Árabe, en su deber de proteger la paz y seguridad Internacional, así como la protección de los derechos humanos de las poblaciones árabes. Además, se analiza el impacto que tiene la Primavera Árabe en el Orden Internacional, pues se detalla los resultados y enseñanzas que ha dejado la revolución hasta la fecha. Así mismo, se indaga la posibilidad que este acontecimiento se convierta en el escenario de un conflicto armado internacional, y que a su vez acompañe a otros fenómenos actuales que podrían configurar un nuevo sistema de poder internacional multipolar. En este sentido, para la elaboración de esta investigación, se utilizó varias técnicas investigativas como son el método deductivo, que fue utilizado en el estudio de los hechos particulares que dan como resultado una perspectiva general de cambios replicados en varios países árabes. Pues el hecho que caracteriza a cada país de la Primavera Árabe, es la pugna por cambiar una estructura estatal dominada por el autoritarismo. Así mismo, se hizo uso del método cronológico, histórico y analítico que clarifican las razones de la revolución y sus posibles resultados.
