Identificación de factores psicosociales en un albergue

Description: This project was developed through bibliographical revisions of primary and secondary references. The proposal of this project is to make a methodology with a quantitative approach, a descriptive range and a non experimental design. The objective of this study is to analyze the predominant psychosocial risk factors in the different work areas in a shelter that is in Quito. The samples consist in 42 employees from Administrative, General Services and Healthcare Medical areas. The evaluations to be used in this project are the FPSICO questionnaire of the National Institute of Safety and Health at Work (INST) and the subscales of Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI).
Este proyecto se desarrolló a través de revisiones bibliográficas de referencias primarias y secundarias. Se propone una metodología con un enfoque cuantitativo, con un alcance descriptivo y con un diseño no experimental, el cual tiene como objetivo el identificar los factores de riesgo psicosociales que predominan en las diferentes áreas de trabajo en un Albergue que está ubicado en la ciudad de Quito. La muestra consta de 42 empleados de las áreas: Administrativa, Servicios Generales y Asistencial Médico. Las evaluaciones que se pretende utilizar en este proyecto es el cuestionario FPSICO del Instituto Nacional de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo (INST) y las sub-escalas de Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI).
