Automotive Center Torque, is an establishment that will offer automotive preventive and corrective maintenance service to vehicles of the city of Quito; to prove its feasibility, it is necessary to demonstrate its feasibility and profitability through a market study in which it will be verified if the business will have market acceptance and if such demand is likely to be maintained in the long term. It follows an administrative scheme to have a strategic direction with policies and objectives adaptable to the environment in which the new company is to be incorporated. In addition, it has an organizational scheme of functions and responsibilities, which establishes the professional profiles of each employee based on the work performed within the automotive center, thus optimizing human resources. We conclude the study with the financial analysis in which the financial viability of the same is verified on the basis of different evaluation methods. All these measures will allow to evaluate the sensitivity of the project in order to take the necessary measures to correctly manage the risks implicit in the creation of the business.
Centro Automotriz Torque, es un establecimiento que ofrecerá servicio de mantenimiento automotriz preventivo y correctivo a vehículos de la ciudad de Quito; para poder probar su viabilidad, es necesario demostrar su factibilidad y rentabilidad a través de un estudio de mercado en el cual se comprobará si el negocio tendrá aceptación en el mercado y si dicha demanda tiene probabilidad de mantenerse en el largo plazo. Le sigue un esquema administrativo para tener un direccionamiento de forma estratégica con políticas y objetivos adaptables al medio en el que se va a incorporar la nueva empresa. Adicionalmente tiene un esquema organizacional de funciones y responsabilidades, donde se establece los perfiles profesionales de cada empleado en función del trabajo que desempeña dentro del centro automotriz, logrando así optimizar recurso humano. Se concluye el estudio con el análisis financiero en el cual se comprueba la viabilidad financiera del mismo en base diferentes métodos de evaluación. Todas estas medidas permitirán evaluar la sensibilidad del proyecto para así tomar medidas necesarias para administrar correctamente los riesgos implícitos en la creación del negocio.
