The thesis project was carried out in the Company's development Exports pitahaya SA, which is located in the Canton Huamboya, belonging to the province of Morona Santiago - Ecuador, the activity is to perform the cleaning, packing and packaging fresh fruit that looks the same export focused yellow pitahaya the German capital - Berlin. The company Exports pitahaya SA, has the ability to expand and pitahaya export abroad, the country target selection was Germany, and which has a capital called Berlin, the same which has a large commercial demand in the consumption of tropical and subtropical fruit. It is intended to guide decisions that employers must take when performing the export process, with the delivery of marketing strategies that are possible to carry out both short and long term...
El proyecto de tesis, se llevara a cabo con el desarrollo en la Compañía Exporta pitahaya S.A, la cual se encuentra situada en el Cantón Huamboya, perteneciente a la Provincia de Morona Santiago - Ecuador, la actividad es realizar el proceso de limpieza, envase y empaque de fruta fresca, la misma que se ve enfocada a la exportación de pitahaya amarilla a la capital de Alemania – Berlín. La compañía Exporta pitahaya S.A, tiene la capacidad de expandir y exportar pitahaya al exterior, el país meta de selección fue: Alemania, ya que cuenta con una Capital llamada Berlín, la misma que posee una gran demanda comercial en el consumo de fruta tropical y subtropical. Se pretende guiar las decisiones que el empresario debe tomar al momento de realizar el proceso de exportación, con la entrega de estrategias de marketing, que son posibles de llevar a cabo tanto en el corto como en el plazo largo. Para el logro de lo mencionado anteriormente, se basó en fuentes de información como son: datos primarios y datos secundarios...
