This project analyzes the feasibility of implementing a Child Development Center (IDC) in the Valley of the Chillos; service focuses custody of infants and parents who are in the socioeconomic level B, at the beginning the project was initially targeted two market segments on the one hand the care of babies infants born 105 days to 1 year and the second segment for children 1-4 years, but by cost issues, it was decided to concentrate efforts and human economic only in children of 1-4 years nursing infant care, for legal regulation is costly for parents. This project will be constituted as a corporation and will conform with 7 investors hoping to recoup their investment in the second and third year of the business, from the fifth year is expected to continue to reinvest the earnings generated by the business to start with phase II which is the creation of a primary education center, the vision of this project is 15 years. The feasibility of this project is feasible, as demonstrated by the statements and financial ratios, if maintained financial discipline and management, will be achieved have an internal rate of return of 31.26%.
El presente proyecto, analiza la viabilidad de implementar un Centro de Desarrollo Infantil (CDI) en el Valle de los Chillos; se enfoca el servicio y custodia de infantes de padres de familia que se encuentren en el nivel socio económico B; al inicio el proyecto estuvo dirigido inicialmente a dos segmentos de mercado por un lado el cuidado de bebés lactantes de 105 días de nacido a 1 año y el segundo segmento a niños de 1 a 4 años; sin embargo por temas de costos, se decidió concentrar los esfuerzos humanos y económicos solamente en los niños de 1 a 4 años; el cuidado de bebés lactantes, por regulación legal, es oneroso para los padres. Este proyecto será constituido como Sociedad Anónima y estará conformará con 7 inversionistas que esperan recuperar su inversión en el segundo y tercer año de ejecución del negocio; a partir del quinto año se espera seguir reinvirtiendo las utilidades que genere el negocio para iniciar con la II fase que es la creación de un centro de educación primaria; la visión de este proyecto es a 15 años. La viabilidad de este proyecto es factible, tal como lo demuestra los estados e índices financieros; si se mantiene disciplina financiera y gerencial, se logrará tener una Tasa Interna de Retorno del 31.26%.
