The present research work analysis of the execution of gender inclusion policies in the Ecuadorian Armed Forces in the 2012-2017 period aims to analyze the public policies of gender equity implemented by the ministry of national defense. This is due to the lack of support for the female mass within the military institution in different fields, as work and social. The objective of the investigation will be determined if these policies meant a modernization and an advance in the Ecuadorian military field allowing a paradigmatic change. In addition, it will be carried out through the NATO typology, with the following tools: nodality, authority, treasure and organization; which will contribute to the development of the joint case with the theories raised
El presente trabajo de investigación análisis de la ejecución de las políticas de Inclusión de género en las Fuerzas Armadas Ecuatorianas en el periodo 2012-2017 pretende analizar las políticas públicas de equidad de género implementadas por el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional. Esto debido a la falta de apoyo hacia la masa femenina dentro de la institución militar en los diferentes campos, tanto laboral como social. El objetivo de la investigación será determinar si estas políticas significaron una modernización y un avance en el ámbito militar ecuatoriano permitiendo que haya un cambio paradigmático. Además, se efectuará a través de la tipología NATO, con las siguientes herramientas: nodalidad, autoridad, tesoro y organización; lo cual aportará al desarrollo del caso conjunto con las teorías planteadas
