It is recommended that the authorities of the ministry of health publish jointly with the Director of the district Jama Pedernales Lcdo. Jorge Cedeño of to know for the media to the citizenship in general on the consumption of sure water and on the project of improvement to have a healthy life and to diminish the mortality carrying out campaigns of prevention has more than enough health in the population but vulnerable of the Ecuadorian territory, by means of the project educational chats on consumption of sure water.
El Objetivo que se planteó en este trabajo de investigación fue determinar la importancia que tiene para el mantenimiento de un buen estado de salud de la comunidad Pajales, el consumo de agua tratada. El estudio se realizó en la comunidad de Pajales de la provincia de Manabí Cantón Pedernales. El método Investigación que se utilizo fue bibliográfica y de campo, cualitativa no cuantitativa. Para promover el consumo de agua segura, en una muestra de 15 pacientes de la comunidad pajales de la ciudad de Manabí cantón Pedernales, en la implementación de un proyecto educativo (charlas educativas del consumo de agua segura) para que la comunidad consuma agua segura y así evitar enfermedades de la piel, enfermedades intestinales EDA (enfermedad diarreica aguda) cólera hepatitis A, entre otras. Se escogió esta muestra ya que la población es pequeña (2873) aplicándose una encuesta para conocer características, conocimientos y prácticas que realizan las familias para consumir el agua, se seleccionó un grupo etario, de 18 años en adelante entre hombres y mujeres sobre el concepto del agua segura, Enfermedades causadas por la insalubridad, diarrea, cólera, hepatitis A y enfermedades de la pie También se aplicó encuestas al Equipo de salud que labora en el centro de salud Cheve Arriba para evaluar sus conocimientos, el trato al paciente y la atención a la comunidad. Se recomienda que las autoridades del Ministerio de Salud pública conjuntamente con el Director del distrito Jama Pedernales Lcdo. Jorge Cedeño dé a conocer por los medios de comunicación a la ciudadanía en general sobre el consumo de agua segura y sobre el proyecto de mejora para tener una vida saludable y disminuir la morbi- mortalidad, realizando campañas de prevención sobre salubridad en las poblaciones más vulnerables del territorio ecuatoriano, mediante el Proyecto Educativo charla sobre Consumode Agua Segura.
