The following work presents a business model to support Startups through an institution which contributes with Mentoring, Seed Capital, Know-How, exposure to investors, Workshops, Networking and co-working space in exchange of a minimum equity of the project which is risk capital. The business model is based on the success achieved in the Startup which are supported and served by our incubation services. The profit that can be generated as a company can be reflected from the third year, having lost at the early stage but with a exponential growth depending of the success. However, this type of institutions is based by big corporations as their social responsibility by giving enough funds and cover expenses which are not going generate profit until have a successful international Startup with the equity percentage obtained for the help. But even, by the generated simulation and without reflecting the value of the shares obtained by the exercise, the model is feasible and sustainable in the long term.
El siguiente trabajo de titulación plantea un modelo de apoyo al emprendimiento mediante una institución la cual contribuye con Mentoring, Capital Semilla, Know-How, Exposición ante inversionistas, Talleres, Networking Internacional y espacio físico para oficinas a cambio de un porcentaje accionario mínimo dentro del proyecto y del cual se emplea con capital de riesgo. El modelo de negocio se basa a partir del éxito obtenido en los emprendimiento los cuales se apoyan y reciben los servicios de incubación. El lucro que se puede generar como empresa puede ser reflejado a partir del tercer año, teniendo perdida en el inicio pero con un crecimiento exponencial según el logro obtenido. Sin embargo, este tipo de instituciones se basan en un área de responsabilidad social empresarial la cual fomente y genere fondos para sustentar los gastos los cuales no se van a ver reflejados hasta tener un emprendimiento exitoso del cual se pueda lucrar por el porcentaje accionario obtenido. Pero dado a la simulación generada y sin reflejar el valor de las acciones obtenidas según el ejercicio, el modelo es muy factible y sustentable a largo plazo.
