The current certification project presents on investigations about correct contribution of nutrients necessary for the physical and mental development of children and teenagers, focusing in the food on vegetable origin and his benefits in the organism in the short and long term, understanding the nutritional contribution of some foods from vegetal origin like legumes, cereals, vegetables and fruits, also explains different methods of cooking that can be used to enhance the flavor of foods of plant origin and how to present them visually for greater acceptance at the time of ingesting them. , this is presented in a recipe book of different salads that contain different ingredients that add colors and flavors to each recipe. To support a varied and balanced supply is fundamental to have a physical and mental development in each stage, besides avoiding diseases for bad food in the future, some irreversible.
Este trabajo de titulación presenta una investigación sobre un correcto aporte de nutrientes necesarios para el desarrollo físico y mental de niños y adolescentes, enfocándose en los alimentos de origen vegetal y sus beneficios en el organismo a corto y largo plazo, comprendiendo los aportes nutricionales de algunos alimentos de origen vegetal como las leguminosas, cereales, hortalizas, frutas y verduras, también se explica diferentes métodos de cocción que se puede usar para realzar el sabor de los alimentos de origen vegetal y como presentarlos visualmente para una mayor aceptación a la hora de ingerirlos, esto se presenta en un recetario de diferentes ensaladas que contienen diferentes ingredientes que aportan colores y sabores a cada receta. Mantener una alimentación variada y balanceada es fundamental para tener un desarrollo físico y mental en cada etapa, además de evitar enfermedades por mala alimentación en el futuro, algunas irreversibles.
