The following plan shows the analysis that has been done for the development of a fast food mobile business. The name of the company is Rolls on Wheels and it is created by two partners as a limited responsibility company. Research on people is life styles worldwide shows that nowadays there is not much free time due to different activities such as work, studies and personal reasons. People have to do their best to optimize their time. Changes on people is eating habits are a result of their new life style. People have been forced to eat out due to their different duties. This has become a great business opportunity for the fast food industry. Ecuador is not an exception to this trend; the inhabitants of the largest cities of the country have also adopted the habits detailed above. The following paper, analyzes the feasibility to implement a fast food business in the north part of Quito, specifically in the Carolina Park area. This sector has been selected because the market segment that meets the company is needs works in this zone. The company has two differentiated aspects that give it a competitive advantage. Firstly, the food will be sold from a food truck. This is a very successful idea in other cities such as New York City….
El presente trabajo, muestra el análisis para la creación de un negocio de servicios de comida rápida ambulante. El nombre de la empresa es Rolls on Wheels y está constituida por dos socios como una compañía de responsabilidad limitada. Se ha realizado una investigación del estilo de vida de las personas a nivel mundial. Este se ha ido modificando por diferentes motivos. Hoy en día, las distintas actividades de tipo laboral, académico y personal; han generado una forma de vivir en la que se tiene menos tiempo libre, por lo que se lo debe optimizar de la mejor manera. Los cambios en los hábitos alimenticios de las personas, son uno de los resultados de este nuevo estilo de vida. La gente se ha visto obligada a consumir alimentos fuera de casa debido a sus distintas obligaciones. Esto ha resultado en una gran oportunidad de negocio para la industria de comida rápida. El Ecuador no es una excepción a esta tendencia, los habitantes de las grandes ciudades del país han adoptado los hábitos detallados anteriormente….
