Creación de una línea de mistelas artesanales con sabor a rosero quiteño, ishpingo y guayusa, horchata y colada morada

Description: The objective of this project is to elaborate a line of Mistelas with the flavor of traditional drinks and endemic Ecuadorian products. It aims to innovate the supply of traditional drinks by enhancing of the organoleptics attributes used in the gastronomic traditions of Ecuador. The mistelas are alcoholic drinks that are based of fruits and spices that increase the flavor of it, making them different from other drinks in the traditional market. Moreover the alcoholic beverage have good acceptance for this reason, it is being offer to the market in Quito.
Este proyecto pretende elaborar una línea de mistelas con sabor a bebidas tradicionales y productos endémicos ecuatorianos, buscando innovar la oferta de bebidas y realzando los atributos organolépticos tanto de los ingredientes usados como de las tradiciones gastronómicas ecuatorianas. Las mistelas son bebidas alcohólicas a base de productos frutales y especiados que realzan el sabor de la misma, aportando cuerpo y distintos aromas a las bebidas que circulan en el mercado tradicional. Además, las bebidas de moderación gozan de gran aceptación, razón por la cual se ofrece esta línea de productos al mercado quiteño.
