Nowadays, it is evident that more and more organizations are gradually implementing activities and programs of Corporate Social Responsibility in order to generate a commitment in three basic areas: the environment, society and the publics that affect or are affected by the organization. It is so, companies develop a voluntary integration in terms of social, environmental and even economic concerns.This project has been developed to analyze the internal communication of Corporate Social Responsibility actions undertaken by the company NOVACERO S.A. Accordingly, the following document is divided into four sections: Chapter I: It has collected the theoretical postulates of different authors in reference to internal communication, planning, tools, flows and models; which have served as the theoretical basis of this work. Chapter II: In the second section the company presents NOVACERO S.A. as the case study and the research methodology and interpretation of the results obtained from the application of the different investigation tools applied to the internal publics of the organization. Chapter III: In the next chapter are exposed the conclusions and recommendations that have served as key points for the development of the communicational proposal presented. Chapter IV: Finally, the last section presents the SWOT analysis made from both the theory and the results of research, from which the most suitable communicational proposal is presented to communicate CSR actions the company NOVACERO S.A.
En la actualidad, de forma progresiva, se evidencia que cada vez más organizaciones implementan actividades y programas de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, con el fin de generar un compromiso con la satisfacción de tres ejes elementales: el medio ambiente, la sociedad y los públicos. Es así que, las empresas desarrollan una integración voluntaria en cuanto a las preocupaciones sociales, medioambientales e inclusive económicas. El presente proyecto se ha elaborado para poder analizar la comunicación interna de las acciones de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial que realiza la empresa NOVACERO S.A. De acuerdo a esto, el siguiente documento está dividido en cuatro secciones: Capítulo I: Se ha recogido los postulados teóricos de diferentes autores enreferencia a la comunicación interna, su planificación, herramientas, flujos y modelos; que han servido como el sustento teórico de este trabajo. Capítulo II: En el segundo apartado se presenta a la empresa NOVACERO S.A. como el caso de estudio, así como la metodología de investigación y la interpretación de los resultados obtenidos a partir de la aplicación de las distintas herramientas aplicadas a los públicos internos de la organización. Capítulo III: En el siguiente capítulo se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones que han servido como puntos clave para la elaboración de la propuesta comunicacional.
