Kreston Audit Services Ecuador is an accounting and auditing company founded in 2001. Since the organization was created, it has been growing in a constant process in order to provide the customers new and better services by changing the international representations several times. The directors of the organization decided to become part of Kreston International since the last year, as a result Kreston International headquarters has a better representative on Ecuador thereby providing the business sector of the country professional services on areas of auditing, accounting, tax, business organization and other financial aspects through its offices in the cities of Quito and Guayaquil. The organization through the years has had several internal changes, in which they have had to change its corporate philosophy and internal communication tools that go according to the firms representatives, for this reason the employees have had significant internal renovations that have caused some instability in their working environment and their level of identification with the company. To create the internal communication plan was necessary to conduct a depth investigation to establish strategies and actions according to the company and their needs. It was also very useful the implementation of deductive, inductive and analytical method as well as research techniques like interviews and surveys that were applied to all internal public and experts in communication, all these techniques were really important to have better results and correct information about the company. Additionally, it is important to say that the main objective of this research is to create internal strategies for the Kreston Audit Services Ecuador to strengthen its organizational culture, work environment and the level of ownership of their internal audiences.
Kreston Audit Services Ecuador es una empresa de contabilidad y auditoría fundada en el año 2001. Desde sus inicios la organización ha tenido un proceso de constante crecimiento en el cual ha decidido cambiar su representación internacional varias veces para implementar nuevos y mejores servicios. Los directivos de la empresa determinaron formar parte de Kreston Inernacional desde el año pasado, lo que ha permitido que la organización tenga una mejor representación en el Ecuador proporcionando así al sector empresarial del pais servicios profesionales en las áreas de auditoría, contabilidad, impuestos, organización de empresas y otros aspectos financieros a través de sus oficinas en las ciudades de Quito y Guayaquil. La organización a través de los años ha contado con varios cambios internos, en los cuales ha tenido que modificar su filosofía corporativa y herramientas internas de comunicación que van de acuerdo a las firmas representantes, por este motivo los empleados han tenido renovaciones internas significativas que han provocado cierta inestabilidad en su clima laboral y en su nivel de identificación con la empresa. Para la creación del plan de comunicación interna fue necesario realizar una investigación profunda para poder establecer estrategias y acciones acordes a la empresa y a sus necesidades. De igual forma fue de gran utilidad implementar el método deductivo, inductivo y analítico, por medio de la metodología exploratoria y del análisis de datos obtenidos a través de encuestas y entrevistas realizadas a todo el público interno y a expertos en temas de comunicación. Adicionalmente, se puede decir que el objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación es crear estrategias internas que permitan a la empresa Kreston Audit Services Ecuador reforzar su cultura organizacional, su clima laboral y el nivel de pertenencia de sus públicos internos.
