The last fifty years have killed more women than all the men of war of the twenty-first century, it has been predicted in the equator, they have been mistreated physically, verbally or psychologically, without counting the number of deaths as a result of them. This project arises from the analysis of the problems in the field of marshal that arise over time, which can now be seen the high range of demographic decline and aging. Without forgetting that "La Mariscal" has been a fundamental part of the city of Quito. Inside the Mariscal is the neighborhood of "Santa Teresita", a neighborhood in which it has a peculiarity of patrimonial character. The project is established in 9 de Octubre Street and Gral. Robles. It is aimed at women in the state of utility or that has been used in the same type of abuse, whether physical, emotional or psychological. In addition, women who engage in prostitution and street 9 October, illegal work such as prostitution and physical aggression is common. The intention of the project and the focus on the female gender is important because, this user is the only one who can create and give life, so that they can form permanence and life in the neigh borhood. Why, the feminine gender is a strong potential, for the demographic growth. Finally, the project takes as a guideline the fragmentation of the public space created by a transformation in the context of social, cultural and economic parameters, and that the project is located in a neighborhood heart with a heritage character. En los últimos cincuenta años han muerto más mujeres que todos los hombres de guerra del siglo veintiuno, se ha pronosticado en el Ecuador que, seis de cada diez mujeres han sido maltratadas física, verbal o psicológicamente, sin contar el número de muertes como resultado de las mismas. Este proyecto surge del análisis de las problemáticas en el Sector de la Mariscal que surgen a lo largo del tiempo, ya que actualmente se puede notar el alto rango de decrecimiento demográfico co y envejecimiento. Sin pasar por alto que “La Mariscal” ha sido parte fundamental de la ciudad de Quito. Dentro de la Mariscal se encuentra el barrio de la “Santa Teresita”, barrio en el cual tiene una peculiaridad de carácter patrimonial. El proyecto está establecido en la calle 9 de Octubre y Gral. Robles. Está dirigido a las mujeres en estado de vulnerabilidad o que han sufrido algún tipo de maltrato, ya sea, físico, emocional o psicológico. Además, se pensó en las mujeres que se dedican a la prostitución ya que en la calle 9 de Octubre, el trabajo ilegal como la prostitución y agresión física es común. La intención del proyecto y el enfoque al género femenino es importante ya que, este usuario es el único que puede crear y dar vida, por consiguiente, formará permanencia y vida en el barrio. Por consiguiente, el género femenino es un fuerte potencial, para el crecimiento demográfico. Finalmente, el proyecto toma como directriz la fragmentación del espacio público surgida por una trasformación al contexto por parámetros sociales, culturales y económicos, ya que el proyecto se encuentra en un corazón de barrio con carácter patrimonial. Mediante el cual se encarga de dar homogeneidad en el espacio urbano.
