This research work aims to perform an in-depth self-esteem developed in the family and community that is learned behaviors in the family and the community as self-esteem depends on how it has developed at home and social environment. For which there is the issue on "professional self-esteem as mediating competition for innovation in teaching practices in the teaching of the Bilingual Intercultural Education Unit Alejandro Andrade Coello, Cochapamba community, parish Guanujo Region Guaranda, Bolivar Province, during the period of the 2010-2011 school year, with this investigation demonstrate that attitudes and behavior to individual and collective level depends mostly on the family home. That ultimately affects the interaction between teachers, students and the educational community and prioritizing one of the problems in the institution regarding self-esteem. To address the research focuses in the scientific theory of self-esteem means feeling or evaluative concept of our being, which is learned and constantly changing legal framework which says the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador concerning the principles manifested right to develop freely and individual attitudes. Development of theoretical framework consists of scientific theory, legal framework, conceptual theory and the theory of reference. These allow us to familiarize with it. Where development has used the technique of the survey, the same as those applied to students, teachers, obtaining direct information about the problem, it allowed me to perform the analysis and interpretation of the results found so we can strengthen our research which led us to the proposal "to improve self-esteem and achieve professional development in teaching practices, which meets the requirements of our universe of study to improve their situation, it is clear the proposal and implementation d the results of the clearly noting that the work has been fruitful, finally quoted the relevant literature and presents the respective annexes to better information of the reader.
El presente trabajo investigativo tiene por objeto de realizar un análisis profundo sobre la autoestima desarrollada en el ámbitocomunitario familiar, educativa, es decir los comportamientos adquiridos en la familia y la comunidad; ya que la autoestima depende como se ha desarrollado en el hogar y en el entorno social. Para lo cual se plantea el tema sobre “La autoestima como competencia mediadora para la innovación de las prácticas pedagógicas en los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Intercultural Bilingüe Alejandro Andrade Coello, en la comunidad Cochapamba, Parroquia Guanujo, Cantón Guaranda, Provincia Bolívar, durante el periodo del año lectivo 2010-2011”, con esta investigación demostraré que las actitudes y comportamiento a nivel individual y colectiva depende en su mayoría del hogar la familia. Que finalmente repercute en la interrelación entre toda la comunidad educativa; para luego priorizar uno de los problemas existentes en la institución referente a la autoestima. Para abordar la investigación se enfoca con la teoría científica del autoestima que significa el sentimiento o concepto valorativo de nuestro ser, lo cual se aprende, cambia permanentemente y también el marco legal que dice la Constitución de la República del Ecuador concernientes a los principios manifiesta el derecho a desarrollar libre e individualmente sus actitudes. Mi trabajo de investigación tiene un tema de mucha interés como lo puede decir cuenta al mismo centra de introducción, antecedentes, problema , justificación, objetivos generales y específicos, hipótesis, variables dependientes e independientes y operacionalizacióndel marco teórico donde consta la teoría científica, marco legal, teoría conceptual y teoría referencial o contextual. Estas nos permiten familiarizar con el tema. En su desarrollo se ha utilizado la técnica de observación y de la encuesta, las mismas que se aplicó a estudiantes ,docentes, obteniendo información directa con respecto al problema y que me permitió realizar el análisis e interpretación de los resultados que concluyó y así poder fortalecer nuestra investigación, la que nos llevo a plantear la conclusiones y recomendaciones propuesta denominada “como mejorar la autoestima y lograr el desarrollo de aprendizaje en los educandos”, que responde a los requerimientos de nuestro universo de estudio para mejorar su situación, se evidencia la aplicación de la propuesta y los resultados de la misma notando claramente que el trabajo ha sido fructífero, finalmente se cita la bibliografía correspondiente y se presenta los anexos respectivo para una mejor información del lector
