The present Research Project arises due to the problem that exists in the users of the CNEL EP Bolivar Business Unit due to the ignorance of the way in which the resources collected are collected by means of the collection of monthly payrolls for the payment of the energy service In the city of Guaranda. One of the objectives of this project is to establish the plans and projects undertaken by CNEL EP Bolivar Business Unit, for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Guaranda pipeline, implemented based on the collection of electricity consumption. For the collection of data we will go to the technique of the survey and the interview. The survey of users of the canton Guaranda was made taking into account the sample of its total population, which will establish their appreciation of the quality of service, in addition to the benefits delivered through the plans and programs undertaken by CNEL EP. Interviews with the main executives of CNEL EP Bolivar Business Unit, which will give us the necessary information regarding the costs of energy commercialization, together with the costs of programs and projects that benefit the citizens of the canton Guaranda. Finally, it was determined that the distribution of resources collected and invested in the city of Guaranda to promote the development of this city. Propose strategies to optimize the collection function and the continuous improvement in the delivery of the electric power service to the users.
El presente Proyecto de Investigación, surge debido al problema que existe en los usuarios de la CNEL EP Unidad de Negocio Bolívar debido al desconocimiento de la forma en la cual se distribuyen los recursos recaudados mediante el cobro de planillas mensuales por el pago del servicio de energía eléctrica en la ciudad de Guaranda. Uno de los objetivos de este proyecto está orientado a establecer los planes y proyectos emprendidos por CNEL EP Unidad de Negocio Bolívar, en beneficio de los habitantes del catón Guaranda, implementados en base a la recaudación del consumo de energía eléctrica. Para la recolección de datos acudiremos a la técnica de la encuesta y la entrevista. La encuesta a los usuarios del cantón Guaranda se realizó tomando en cuenta la muestra de su población total, con lo cual se establecerá la apreciación que ellos tienen sobre la calidad del servicio, además de los beneficios entregados a través de los planes y programas emprendidos por CNEL EP. Las entrevistas a los principales directivos de CNEL EP Unidad de Negocio Bolívar, que nos dará la información necesaria respecto a los costos de comercialización de energía, junto con los costos de los programas y proyectos que benefician a la ciudadanía del cantón Guaranda. Finalmente se determinó la forma de distribución de los recursos recaudados e invertidos en la ciudad de Guaranda para impulsar el desarrollo de esta ciudad. Proponer estrategias para optimizar la función de recaudación y la mejora continua en la entrega del servicio de energía eléctrica a los usuarios.
