The study sought to perform an analysis of the income and destiny of the financing that the Fire Department handles with the purpose of identifying if it influences or not the financial administration, for which it was necessary to theoretically base everything related to the subject and generate the knowledge necessary to allow the issuance of appropriate conclusions. To gather information, field research was carried out, which allowed to determine the problem and with it the need for this research work since it was possible to determine what by the constant changes in the personnel in charge of the different areas there is a lack of knowledge on the part of the new officers on everything related to income and expenses handled by the Guaranda Canton Fire Department, evidencing the need for a study that seeks to identify sources and destinations of resources; Data collection techniques were applied, such as the survey that reaffirmed the institution's requirement regarding the execution of this project, plus the identification of the main officials in charge of financial administration, destinations of resources, departments to which they are assigned money, after the application of the survey a documentary research was carried out for which it was necessary to access the accounting files as the budget cedulas of income and expenses of the years 2015-2016 of the Fire Department. As part of the research work, the results obtained through the survey, represented in comparative tables per year, of the income and expenses that the institution has maintained in order to identify if the resources are well managed, if considered in the initial allocations, are taken into consideration. they are the adequate ones, and have allowed the adequate development of the organization, finally conclusions and recommendations are generated for the officials in charge of the financial administration of the Fire Department. El estudio buscó realizar un análisis de los ingresos y destinos del financiamiento que maneja el Cuerpo de Bomberos con el propósito de identificar si influye o no en la administración financiera, para lo cual fue necesario fundamentar teóricamente todo lo referente a la temática y generar el conocimiento necesario que permita la emisión de conclusiones adecuadas. Para recabar información se llevó a cabo la investigación de campo, que permitió determinar el problema y con ello la necesidad de este trabajo investigativo ya que se pudo determinar qué por los constantes cambios en el personal encargado de las diferentes áreas existe un desconocimiento por parte de los nuevos funcionarios sobre todo aquello que se refiere a ingresos y egresos que maneja el Cuerpo de Bomberos del Cantón Guaranda dejando en evidencia la necesidad de que se elabore un estudio el cual busque identificar fuentes y destinos de los recursos; se aplicaron técnicas de recolección de datos como la encuesta que reafirmó el requerimiento de la institución sobre la ejecución de este proyecto, a más de esto permitió identificar a los principales funcionarios encargados de la administración financiera, destinos de los recursos, departamentos a los cuales se les asigna dinero, posterior a la aplicación de la encuesta se realizó una investigación documental para la cual fue necesario acceder a los archivos contables como las cedulas presupuestarias de ingresos y gastos de los años 2015-2016 del Cuerpo de Bomberos. Dentro del trabajo investigativo se pone en consideración los resultados obtenidos por medio de la encuesta representados en tablas comparativas por año de los ingresos y egresos que ha mantenido la institución a fin de identificar si están bien administrados los recursos, si lo planteado en las asignaciones iniciales son las adecuadas, y han permitido el adecuado desarrollo de la organización, por último se genera conclusiones y recomendaciones para los funcionarios encargados de la administración financiera del Cuerpo de Bomberos.
