Given the importance of student learning and considering that there are already valuable background was necessary to implement a values-based teaching model to strengthen education. The use of values such as honesty, respect, responsibility, love, timeliness, and others were instrumental to significant changes in attitudes in the educational community and live together in harmony. Values education is based on respect among peers and teachers, it requires the revaluation of the professor leading to improved school performance, reduce conflict, socializing the individual, assimilate and integrate values, attitudes and norms. The problem of low implementation of values for the progress of students in the Educational Unit Teniente Hugo Ortiz, has been developing since it was necessary that women also go to work to help at home, which makes students are in complete abandonment, without the supervision of an adult to guide them, being affected your emotional state with little educational television programs for training, which entails that in the future there are no well-trained students with values and results in the disrespect for elders, and among peers. For the implementation of the research are plated the following objectives: Determine the causes of why teachers do not use a teaching model based on values in students of the Education Unit No. 2 Teniente Hugo Ortiz in the 2010-2011 academic year. Identify the improvement of academic learning of students in the educational unit Teniente Hugo Ortiz. Design a proposal to allow teachers internalize the use of a values-based pedagogical model for improving learning. To answer this question and to demonstrate the importance of the proposal, the application of a pedagogical model based on values, we have analyzed some issues such as: What is Pedagogy model, the values and their influences on learning. There was also a field research using a survey of teachers and students of the educational unit Lt. Hugo Ortiz, which was obtained as a result the institution has not defined a pedagogical model, since they have not been trained properly, finally data show that most teachers recognize that the lack of values in the educational community hinder student learning and the need to take a change for which you must implement an educational model, improving student learning and same time complying with what has been asking the Ministry of Education and Culture. As the students the data indicate that most have difficulty in learning so that their performance in these subjects is low and want a change to improve both their behavior and their use. It was concluded that research carried out has shown the importance of making a planning necessary to implement a pedagogical model based on values that students need educational unit, choose appropriate teaching strategies and have the resources to provide strengthen skills of students. This will be forming quality young. Becoming agents of finding and exploiting his knowledge to do it and adapt it to the world in which it operates.
Dada la importancia del aprendizaje de los estudiantes y considerando que ya existen antecedentes valiosos se hizo necesario implementar un modelo pedagógico basado en valores para fortalecer la educación. La utilización de valores como la honestidad, el respeto, la responsabilidad, el amor, la puntualidad y otros más sirvieron para alcanzar cambios de actitudes importantes en la Comunidad Educativa y poder vivir juntos y en armonía. La educación en valores se fundamenta en el respeto entre compañeros y docentes, requiere la revalorización de la figura del profesor que lleva a mejorar el rendimiento escolar, disminuir la conflictividad, socializar al individuo, asimilar e integrar valores, actitudes y normas. El problema de la escasa aplicación de valores para el progreso de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Teniente Hugo Ortiz, se ha venido desarrollando desde que se hizo necesario que la mujer también salga a laborar para ayudar en el hogar, lo que hace que los estudiantes queden en completo desamparo, sin el control de un adulto que los guie, siendo afectado su estado emocional con programas de televisión poco educativos para su formación, lo que conlleva a que en el futuro no existan estudiantes con valores bien formados y trae como consecuencia el irrespeto entre compañeros y a personas mayores. Para la ejecución de la investigación se platearon los siguientes objetivos: Determinar las causas del por qué los docentes no aplican un modelo pedagógico basado en valores en los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa N° 2 Teniente Hugo Ortiz en el periodo Lectivo 2010 -2011. Identificar el mejoramiento del aprendizaje del desarrollo académico de los estudiantes de la unidad educativa Teniente Hugo Ortiz. Diseñar una propuesta que permita interiorizar en los docentes la utilización de un modelo pedagógico basado en valores para el mejoramiento del aprendizaje. Se hizo necesario citar a varios autores para poder entender la problemática del estudio llegando a la siguiente conclusión. Para dar respuesta a esta interrogante y para demostrar la importancia que tiene la propuesta, de la aplicación de un modelo pedagógico basado en valores, se han analizado algunos temas como: Qué es Pedagogía, modelo, los valores y sus influencias en el aprendizaje. Se hizo también una investigación de campo, aplicando una encuesta a los docentes y discentes de la unidad educativa teniente Hugo Ortiz, de la que se obtuvo como resultado que la institución no cuenta con un modelo pedagógico definido, ya que no han sido capacitados debidamente; finalmente los datos demuestran que la mayoría de los docentes reconocen que la falta de valores en la comunidad educativa dificultan el aprendizaje de los estudiantes y que es necesario asumir un cambio, para lo cual se debe implementar un modelo pedagógico , mejorando el aprendizaje de los estudiantes y a su vez cumpliendo con lo que viene solicitando el Ministerio de Educación y Cultura. En cuanto a los estudiantes, los datos indican que la mayoría tienen dificultad en el aprendizaje por lo que su rendimiento en las asignaturas es bajo y desean un cambio para mejorar tanto su comportamiento como su aprovechamiento. Se concluyó entonces que la investigación llevada a cabo ha demostrado la importancia que tiene realizar una planificación que permitan aplicar un modelo pedagógico basado en valores que necesitan los estudiantes de la unidad educativa, elegir las estrategias metodológicas adecuadas y contar con los recursos que faciliten potencializar las habilidades de los estudiantes. De esta manera se estará formando jóvenes de calidad. Convirtiéndose en agentes de búsqueda y explotación de conocimientos para hacerlo suyo y adaptarlo al mundo en que se desenvuelve.
