El presente trabajo de investigación previa a la obtención del Título de Magister en Gerencia Educativa, reviste de mucha importancia porque hace un estudio pormenorizado en lo referente a la “Gerencia Áulica en el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje de los estudiantes del 5o, 6o y 7o de la Escuela “Lizardo García Avilés”, del Cantón Ventanas, Parroquia Zapotal, Provincia de los Ríos, durante el periodo lectivo 2011-2012.El propósito de esta investigación es analizar la función gerencial del docente de aula en el proceso de construcción de conocimientos en las asignaturas del nuevo sistema curricular vigente, con la finalidad de promover conciencia acerca de la importancia de la planificación estratégica, del uso de recursos y de la integración que debe existir entre la asignatura y la carrera al dar la clase, para que el estudiante logre un aprendizaje significativo y en consecuencia pueda desempeñarse en cualquier ámbito, tomando en consideración el proceso de saberes es un conjunto de acciones dirigidas al logro de un aprendizaje significativo y constructivo, que involucra qué es lo que se aprende y cómo se aprende. En el ámbito global de la tesis, está conformada de una primera parte concerniente a aspectos generales de carácter introductorio, en donde se desarrollan sintéticamente elementos básicos en lo concerniente a la Gerencia Áulica en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje dentro del esquema educativo actual, el estudio sobre la Gerencia Educativa en el Aula como una alternativa de cambio en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, en la que todavía los docentes no conocen cabalmente el sentido y aplicación de la acción gerencial en el aula, situación que se refleja en una praxis deficiente del trabajo dentro del ambiente de aprendizaje en cuanto a los aspectos relativos a planificación, facilitación, orientación, evaluación, liderazgo, comunicación y toma de decisiones relacionados con la actividad educativa que realizan en el aula de clases. IXEl trabajo de tesis se centró en el análisis de la función gerencial del docente de aula en el proceso de construcción de conocimientos en las diferentes asignaturas de la Malla Curricular vigente.
The present research work prior to obtaining the title Master of Educational Management, is of much importance because a detailed study regarding "Management Aulic in the teaching-learning process of the students of the 5th, 6th and 7th of School "LizardoGarcíaAvilés" Windows Canton, Parish Zapotal, Rivers Province, during the academic year 2011-2012. The purpose of this research is to analyze the management function of the classroom teacher in the process of construction of knowledge in the subjects of the new curriculum system in force, in order to promote awareness about the importance of strategic planning, resource use and integration that must exist between the course and the race to teach the class, so that students achieve meaningful learning and therefore can perform in any setting, taking into consideration the knowledge process is a set of actions aimed at achieving meaningful and constructive learning, it involves what you learn and how you learn. In the global scope of the thesis consists of a first part dealing with general aspects of introductory nature, where synthetically develop basic elements concerning Aulic Management in the teaching-learning process within the current educational scheme, the study on Educational Management in the Classroom as an alternative for change in the teaching-learning process, in which teachers still do not know fully the meaning and application of managerial action in the classroom, and this is reflected in poor praxis work within the learning environment in terms of aspects of planning, facilitation, guidance, assessment, leadership, communication and decision making related to the educational activity they perform in the classroom. The thesis focused on the analysis of the management function of the classroom teacher in the process of building knowledge in different subjects of the current Pensum.
