Through this investigation it was possible to determine the process of the physical preparation that was carried out by means of a sprint test, which helps to measure the maximum speed that the applicants to referees can perform, in addition the yo-yo test was applied, specifically targeting measure oxygen consumption progressively in repetitions of roundtrip races of 40m in rest periods of 10 seconds, which after each break will progressively increase the pace, which were applied during the weekly training of would-be referees. The loss of performance in the acceleration capacity in the process of preparation and application of test can not lead to thinking about the need to implement continuous training plans for improvement in the aspiring referees of soccer
Mediante esta investigación se pudo determinar el proceso de la preparación física que se lo realizó mediante un test de sprint, que ayuda a medir la velocidad máxima que pueden realizar los aspirantes a árbitros, adicionalmente se aplicó el yo-yo test, teniendo como objetivo específicamente medir el consumo de oxígeno en forma progresiva en repeticiones de carreras de ida y vuelta de 40m en periodos de descanso de 10 segundos, que luego de cada descanso aumentara progresivamente el ritmo, que fueron aplicadas durante el entrenamiento semanal de los aspirantes a árbitros. La pérdida de rendimiento en la capacidad de aceleración en el proceso de preparación y aplicación del test nos puede llevar a pensar en la necesidad de implementar planificaciones de entrenamiento continuo para su mejora en los aspirantes a árbitros de futbol.
