The present study focuses on an ethnographic research within the Second Degree Union and Progress Organization, addressing fundamental aspects, such as knowing the development of the carnival within the organization, describing and identifying a little more in depth the characters that preside and are emblematic in the celebration, then know the cultural characteristics and programming of this party to make an informative brochure and all the information collected is for inquisition of people who are interested in discovering cultural aspects of indigenous communities, seeking to raise awareness among all leaders community and inhabitants to participate in the carnival in order to rescue their identity and preserve the lifestyles, customs and traditions of the people on the festival and not disappear with the passage of time, but to last from generation to generation. It was achieved to meet the objectives raised thanks to the collaboration of the president, community leaders, people, and inhabitants of the communities who were ready to give us all the necessary help with valuable information regarding the development of this festival as is the carnival and through this study carried out within the organization was achieved as a result knowledge about the carnival and the emblematic characters within this festival in the Unión y Progreso Organization belonging to the parish of Guanujo. A study was carried out to obtain information from primary and secondary sources for the preparation of the information. To know the sociocultural aspects of these communities during the festive period such as carnival, field research and interviews were conducted and dialogues were held with the top leaders of this organization and characters to document some cultural aspects that we have shaped for the knowledge and benefit of the general public, as well as having a base document so that future generations do not forget the ancestral traditions and for possible future research within the organization Union and Progress. The history of this festivity was developed with the related terminology, for which it was necessary to carry out a conceptual framework generalizing what was previously said. El presente estudio se enfoca en una investigación etnográfica dentro de la Organización de Segundo Grado Unión y Progreso, abordando aspectos fundamentales, como conocer el desarrollo del carnaval dentro de la organización, describir e identificar un poco más a fondo a los personajes que presiden y son emblemáticos dentro de la celebración, posteriormente conocer las características culturales y programación de esta fiesta para realizar un folleto divulgativo y toda la información recolectada quede para inquisición de las personas quienes estén interesadas en descubrir aspectos culturales de las comunidades indígenas, buscando concienciar a todos los líderes comunitarios y habitantes a que participen en el carnaval con el fin de rescatar su identidad y conservar los estilos de vida, costumbres y tradiciones de las personas en la festividad y no desaparezca con el transcurrir del tiempo, sino que perdure de generación tras generación. Se alcanzó cumplir con los objetivos planteados gracias a la colaboración del presidente, líderes comunitarios, personajes, y habitantes de las comunidades quienes estuvieron prestos para brindarnos toda la ayuda necesaria con información valiosa referente al desarrollo de esta festividad como es el carnaval y a través de este estudio ejecutado dentro de la organización se logró como resultado el conocimiento acerca del carnaval y los personajes emblemáticos dentro de esta festividad en la Organización Unión y Progreso pertenecientes a la parroquia de Guanujo. Se realizó un estudio para obtener información de fuentes primarias y secundarias para la preparación de la información conocer los aspectos socioculturales de estas comunidades durante el periodo festivo como es el carnaval, se realizó investigación de campo y entrevistas y se efectuó diálogos con los máximos dirigentes de esta organización y personajes para poder documentar algunos aspectos culturales que lo hemos plasmado para el conocimiento y beneficio de la ciudadanía en general, además de tener un documento base para que las futuras generaciones no olviden las tradiciones ancestrales y para posibles investigaciones futuras dentro de la organización Unión y Progreso. Se desarrolló la historia de esta festividad con la terminología relacionada, por lo cual fue necesaria la realización de un marco conceptual generalizando lo anteriormente dicho.
